“The topics CJ covers are exactly what I’ve been looking for, and the community she’s built is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I love how the sessions blend relaxed networking with real growth. Her recent challenge pushed me out of my comfort zone—in the best way possible. This is a space where you feel seen, encouraged, and truly inspired to evolve.”
“The Healing After Harm workshop was honest, affirming, and deeply needed. The vulnerability and strength shared were unforgettable, and CJ’s guidance helped me reflect on my own journey with more compassion and clarity. I left feeling supported, grounded, and eager for the next workshop.”
"Becoming an Empty Nester in September felt like the perfect time to reevaluate what’s next. I trusted the person who shared the workshop, so saying YES was easy. Even without doing the prep, I quickly caught up and appreciated the flexibility to focus on what mattered most. The virtual format made it comfortable, and I loved how my vision board turned out. It was exactly what I needed at this stage of life.”
"Today was such an amazing day with such amazing women. I loved the activities, and I also loved everybody's bravery in sharing personal stories. Thank you to the leaders and faciliators for setting up and hosting Dare on Day”

Great question — and yes, you can choose to stay offsite if you prefer. However, please note that the Himalayan Institute requires a $45 per day amenities fee for all non-overnight guests. This fee allows you access to the grounds, meditation spaces, trails, tea lounge, and all meals. You will be billed separately for this after your registration has been secured.
That said, we highly recommend staying onsite. Those connections are what make the Dare On Retreat such a powerful, soul-filling experience. Staying at the Institute gives you the full opportunity to bond, rest, and immerse yourself in the community energy from start to finish.
The Himalayan Institute serves three fresh, vegetarian meals daily, prepared with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Meals are buffet-style and designed to nourish mind and body — think soups, grains, salads, and hearty vegetarian entrees.
